Online dementia counselling is being offered for a trial period as part of a counselling project. This project is investigating different ways of providing counselling.
You communicate with the counsellor via text that you type onto the screen. This is a live session with no delay. While you lack the visual cues that are available in a face-to-face counselling session, the session is very private and having an ongoing record allows you to compose your thoughts.
There is no charge for this service.
